Kombai is a panchayat town in Theni District in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

It is known for cardamom, which it exports. It is also a producer of tamarind and coconuts. Kombai is also well known for the breed of Dog "KOMBAI" which is trained used for hunting purpouse.
